Introduction
Dear customers, thank you for sparing your valuable time to get acquainted with our business endeavour. System Hemel International was established in 1991 in Vienna. The firm is in natural cosmetics product manufacturing and marketing. The main characteristics of the products from the Hemel Cosmetics collection are:
1. completely natural, 2. concentrated, 3. environment friendly, 4. do not contain preservatives, 5. do not contain artificial components, 6. necessary in every household, 7. market-acceptable, 8. tested, certified and copyright protected.
The products from the Hemel Cosmetics collection are marketed through a consumer network, according to the Network Marketing system. Why? There are five good reasons for that:
1. Avoiding the unwieldy systems of wholesale and retail trading, where large quantities of merchandise are stored, prices uncontrollably raised, where it is not possible to adequately present the product to the customer, by giving the customer a chance to test the product and assure himself of the quality and advantages of the product in comparison to other similar ones. 4. Unlimited expansion of markets through specific IGMS system (International Global Marketing System). Example: You introduced your friend to the system, and he introduced his relative from Russia or the USA. In our business system, points from all countries are registered with the associates (sponsors) in lines through sponsorship.
5. Actually, it is there that the answer lies to the question: Why is not everyone engaged in network marketing? Viewed from the aspect of the manufacturer, it presents the safest way to an open market which is run by clear-cut rules in terms of quality and distribution. Every participant knows his position and, according to this position, particular roles to play. Network marketing is an extremely humane and righteous system. Only the industrious, prudent, patient and persistent ones can survive. Network marketing is often injudiciously equalled with sales agent business and direct sales. In network marketing there is no need to address unknown people with the intention of reselling them anything.
The essence of it is to build and organize a large network of consumers, following the principles of multiplying and copying. In order to explain to you the principles of multiplying and copying, we give two examples:
Example 1: You have probably played chess at one time in your life, but even if you have not, you have to know that there are 64 squares on the chess board. Take a chess board (or draw it) and put a grain of wheat on the first square, two on the second, four on the third, eight on the fourth, sixteen on the fifth and so on, doubling the number for each of the consecutive squares. Count the number of wheat grains for the last 64th square!

a) Suppose you entered our business system of privileged product consumers and that you acquired two direct associates. They copy you and introduce another two associates. If each of those associates copied you, at the sixth level you would have 64 consumers, and your network would number 127 members of the club of privileged product consumers in total.
b) You introduced three direct associates and each of them copied you. At the sixth level you would have 729 consumers, and your network would number 1.093 members of the club of privileged product consumers in total.
c) You introduced five direct associates and each of them copied you. At the sixth level you would have 15.625 consumers, and your network would number 19.531 members of the club of privileged product consumers in total.
Conclusion: By multiplying number five according to the principle of copying, we have come to the number of 19.531 (the last row on the table). Since it is not only a number, but consumers who have accepted your recommendation and actually use the products, it is clear that this is an issue of an enormous consumer network. If every consumer makes five points in sales (purchases a single product for personal needs), your factory has created 97.655 points.
